Casual Wear While Running Errands

 On days when I have errands to do, I like dressing casual and comfortable. In this outfit of the day, I combined black and pink colors with a splash of leather to make the outfit more modern and trendy.  I kept the accessories simple with a rose Style & Co. watch and a pink beaded necklace from Forever 21. I added a nude handbag to complement the colors of the outfit.

Outfit of the Day: Revamping Thrifted Items

Japanese Gardens

 While enjoying a quiet afternoon at the Japanese Garden sat Fort Bliss at El Paso, Texas, I chose an outfit where I can showcase the ways I revamp thrifted or old items in my wardrobe to style them with new items to create trendy outfits. In this outfit of the day, I styled a polka dot dress that I transformed into a skirt. The detailing at the waist allowed me to transform the dress into a skirt by cutting the top part and leaving the bottom section. I styled this revamped dress/skirt with a casual black shirt with ruffled sleeves that I got from TJ MAXX. To complement the theme of the outfit, I kept the accessories simple by adding a black purse from Target and a black pendant necklace and bracelet from Forever 21. I finished the look by adding a pair of black dress sandals from Nine West. Visiting a replica of a Japanese Garden in a desert environment is the perfect representation of how things can adapt to new setting. The old items and thrifted pieces in my wardrobe have adapted to new fashion trends.

Fashion Lookbook: Featuring Zara

My favorite items in my wardrobe are dresses. I love dresses that are feminine and trendy. In this fashion lookbook, I showcase three different dresses from Zara that highlight current popular trends. With the view of the University of Texas at El Paso in the background, the dresses are ideal for the summer season on a hot sunny day or for a night out in the town. The accessories in the three different looks accentuate the shape and style of the dresses. Outfit of the Day: Yellow & Grey Elegance

Birthday Outfit Overlooking El Paso Scenic View

For any special occasion, I like wearing clothes that make me feel confident. Enjoying a beautiful sunny yet windy day overlooking the city of El Paso, I highlight the elegance of combining yellow and grey colors together to style an outfit that is feminine and modern. For this outfit of the day, I opted for an elegant look. I styled a beautiful yellow pleated dress from Zara. I added a pair of metallic grey BCBGeneration pumps to add a bit of sophistication. To showcase the feminine silouette of the dress, I added a Grey Chain Pop Tweed Cardigan that dressed up the outfit and kept me warm on a windy day. I included a black vintage clutch to complement the look. For a statement necklace, I added a black and gold colorblock necklace from Forever 21.

Outfit of the Day: Monochromatic Pastel

Fort Bliss Old Ironsides Museum

With warm weather finally here, it is the perfect time to wear feminine spring dresses. Pastel colors are popular this season. For this outfit of the day, I focused on a pastel pink color. While enjoying a sunny day at the Fort Bliss Old Ironsides Museum, I opted for a monochromatic look with this pastel pink dress from Forever 21. I styled the dress with a nude vintage handbag. To follow the monochromatic look of the outfit, I also added a pair of nude snake textured shoes from Franco Sarto. I accessorized the outfit with a pink layered necklace from Forever 21, a rose style and company watch, and a pair of pink studded earrings also from Forever 21. While visiting a military museum, this pastel color is perfect to showcase the feminine silhouette of a trendy spring dress.

March Favorites: Sparkle and Glamour!

Hello ladies, we hope that February was a great month for everyone. As we begin this new month, we want to share some of our March favorites that you might love as well! During the month of March we attempted to showcase our favorite upcoming spring trends. Whether its following trends or creating your own style, add items to your wordrobe that highlight your unique style and make you feel glamorous and confident!

One of my favorite items this month is a pair of nude snake textured shoes from Franco Sarto. The style, comfort and versatility of the shoes allowed me to style it with spring dresses that showcase the feminine silhouette of the outfits. Nude shoes are great pieces to have in your closet. These nude shoes are especially great due to their unique and classic style.

Another great pair of shoes I added to my shoe collection are metallic grey pumps from BCBGeneration. The unconventional color of the pumps highlight the modern feel of the shoes that can easily be incorporated into the new spring fashion trends. The pumps add a flirty twist to any outfit.

Clutches are timeless pieces that are always trendy and in fashion. They are perfect for any occasion. While some clutches add a pop of color to an outfit, they can also add a pop of sophistication and elegance to any outfit. This metallic silver clutch from Aldo is the perfect item to add glamour and beauty to an outfit on a special occasion.

Darkened metal statement necklaces are popular this season. My favorite jewelery for the month of March is this gorgeous silver choker from Zara. The elegant simplicity of the silver choker adds an edgy yet feminine silhouette to any outfit.

The fragrance of the Dolce & Gabbana The One has captivated my sense of smell for a long time. For the month of March, I was finally able to add the delicate scent of this perfume to my everyday wear. This item is especially significant item-- and my favorite addition this month-- as it was a gift from a loved one. It has become one of my favorite perfumes that I am grateful to own.

The fragrance "Eva" by Eva Longoria is one of my favorite fragrances. This is a flirty yet fresh fragrance that accentuates the sophisticated and glamorous feel of this scent. This is a great fragrance for this spring to add a touch of elegance.  

One of my favorite accessory for this month was my new Fossil rose gold watch. This is a great statement piece to add that pop of color to an outfit. This watch helps add character to any outfit. I love how the color of this watch is a great alternative to the gold watch.

This intensive hair and skin treatment oil has been one of my favorite products for a few months now. It has been great in improving my hair while making my hair smooth and silky.

This red bag by Aldo is one of my favorite handbags to dress up an outfit. This is a classy bag that adds a hint of sophistication. I love the color and style of this bag.
